With a background in law, and over a decade of coaching experience, she empowers women to embrace their new identity, establish sustainable home rhythms, prioritize self-care, and merge motherhood with their career ambitions.

Since launching her coaching business at 20, she has worked with hundreds of clients worldwide, including pro-athletes, celebrity stylists, international speakers, and Fortune 500 companies. With a social media audience of 500K, Mayfair has built a global community of mothers seeking balance, purpose, and success.

Mayfair and her husband Winston have a Youtube channel called “The Clements” in 2020. There you will find lifestyle and travel vlogs, as well as videos on parenthood, wellness, and productivity tips. Through documenting their day-to-day lives, they aim to address common misconceptions around disability and relationships. Their story has attracted almost 300K subscribers so far, and they have been featured on several global publications including Good Morning America, BBC and Channel 4. Their ultimate mission is to create a world that is kinder and more inclusive for everyone.
